On March 31, HOSE sent a document to FLC requesting information about the person who made information disclosure according to regulations, members of the Board of Directors of FLC appointed Ms. Dang Thi Luu Van – Deputy General Director FLC is responsible for the company’s information disclosure since April 1.
According to information from FLC, Ms. Dang Thi Luu Van was born in 1971, permanently residing in Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi. She was assigned the position of Deputy General Director of FLC from July 20, 2020. In addition to the position of Deputy General Director and the information announcer of FLC, Ms. Van also holds the position of Head of Finance Department of FLC.
