According to PV’s observations, immediately after receiving a directive from the Ministry of Information and Communications, the clip of the male student jumping from the floor in the incident was gradually removed from social networks. In which, there are many cases where individuals and organizations that posted videos have actively removed them.

In fact, the Community Standard content of the platforms YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, … all clearly state not to share content like this. For example, with TikTok, in the “Suicide and Self-harm” category, they clearly list 3 content that cannot be posted, uploaded, streamed or shared:

Content that depicts, promotes, normalizes, or glorifies suicidal or self-harming behavior.

– Content instructing how to commit suicide or self-harm.

– Games, challenges, deals or pranks that involve suicide or self-harm.

About this incident, in the early morning of April 1, the police of Phu La ward (Ha Dong district, Hanoi city) received news that the body of a young man was not intact in the lobby of the Van Thanh apartment building. Phu Victoria, suspected of falling from a high floor.
