On April 1, FLC Group sent an official reply to Official Letter No. 339/SGDHCM-NY of the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
FLC said, at the request of HOSE in Official Letter No. 315/SGDHCM-GS dated March 28, 2022 and Dispatch No. 326/SGDHCM-NY dated March 29, 2022 on the disclosure of information related to the case. by Mr. Trinh Van Quyet, At the time of the information disclosure event, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen, the legal representative – the person who made the disclosure of information of the Group was not present at the head office. and the Company does not have an authorized person to disclose information.
Therefore, in order to respond to HOSE’s requests on time as prescribed, Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen – Deputy General Director of FLC has authorized the General Director according to Power of Attorney No. 01C/GUQ-TGD dated 5/ January 2021 to sign and promulgate Official Letters No. 182A/FLC-BPC dated March 29, 2022 and Official Letter No. 186/FLC-BPC dated March 31, 2022.
On March 31, 2022, FLC received Official Dispatch No. 339/SGDHCM-NY dated March 30, 2022 from HOSE on providing information about persons making information disclosure as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 6 of Circular 96 /2020/TT-BTC dated November 16, 2020 on guiding information disclosure on the stock market. The members of the Board of Directors of FLC have appointed Ms. Dang Thi Luu Van – Deputy General Director of FLC Group as the person responsible for information disclosure of FLC from April 1, 2022.

Then, on March 31, 2022, FLC made a notice to HOSE in Official Letter No. 186/FLC-BPC dated March 31, 2022, under which Mr. Dang Tat Thang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors officially assumed The position of Chairman of the Board of Directors from March 31, 2022.
Bui Hai Huyen was born in 1976, has been the General Director of FLC since March 19, 2020. Previously, Ms. Huyen was appointed as Deputy General Director of FLC from December 2015.
