Him Lam Company proposed the City People’s Committee to consider allocating land for the Him Lam Residential Area Project so that the Company could fulfill its obligation to pay land use fees for the company’s component projects and make financial contributions according to the distribution ratio. supplement the company’s component project so that the company is eligible to carry out procedures for issuing “red book” to customers.

Similarly, Thao Dien Real Estate Joint Stock Company also raised a proposal related to the Nam Ly social housing project at 91A Do Xuan Hop, Phuoc Binh ward, Thu Duc city, which has not been implemented for more than 10 years.

Nam Ly social housing apartment project has an area of ​​​​more than 4.55ha, is a component project of the North Rach Chiec New Urban Area Project with an area of ​​82.52 hectares in Phuoc Long A and Phuoc Binh wards, Thu Duc city, invested by Real Estate Joint Stock Company 10 as a technical infrastructure investor. Main road. After completing the infrastructure, secondary investors will be allocated land to implement the project.

The project was decided by the Prime Minister to allocate land to the Construction and Housing Services Company of District 10, now Real Estate Joint Stock Company 10. Due to mistakes in the construction investment process, the project was inspected. and all documents are being handled by the Investigation Police Agency. It is known that this project has been investigated by the Investigative Police Agency and sent to the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

The company said that the Nam Ly social housing apartment project is located adjacent to the front of Do Xuan Hop street, Thu Duc city with a length of nearly 100 m and is independent from the rest of the project.
