The City People’s Committee agreed on the principles proposed by the Department of Education and Training in this report; assigned the Department of Education and Training to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Department of Health in, updating, fully and promptly grasping information and regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Health on the implementation of educational activities. , train and ensure the safety of epidemic prevention and control in local educational and training institutions to guide the People’s Committees of districts, towns in organizing and implementing.

The People’s Committees of districts, towns, based on the actual epidemic situation to decide and take responsibility for sending students back to school in the area; continue to improve and strengthen the physical foundations and human resources for the school medical force.

According to Report No. 844/TTr-SGDĐT, the Department of Education and Training proposes: From April 6, 2022, students from grades 1 to 6 in 30 districts, towns and cities will go to school directly. Preschool children continue to stay home from school.

On a voluntary basis, with the consent of the parents of students, schools organize direct teaching for students in grades 1 to 6 according to the school’s teaching plan and organize day-boarding and teaching activities. 2 lessons/day.

Schools must meet safety requirements to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic; The school develops a plan of rehearsal to deal with the situation when the officer, teacher, employee, student is F0; organize general environmental cleaning and disinfection before and after the lesson.

In the process of organizing face-to-face teaching, if there are cases related to epidemiological issues, not ensuring safety in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic, the school proactively handles according to instructions and reports. local steering committee for epidemic prevention and control. The Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control at the district, town and district level is responsible for considering and suspending face-to-face learning to ensure absolute safety for students; have a scenario to handle the situation if F0, F1 occurs in the classroom or school.
