Renovating the mossy house by the windy lake
The mossy old house, old but located on the windy lakeside, easy to go to the center in Da Lat city, was purchased and renovated by the owner as a place to stay for the family on weekends or holidays.
The old, mossy, patchy house in Da Lat City (Lam Dong) was bought by Mr. Toan in 2016. The old owner did not repair anything, so the current situation is quite wild and degraded.
However, he was fascinated by the 30-year-old cherry apricot tree in front of his porch, so he decided to buy it.
The total area of the house and garden is about 64m2. The house has a convenient location, located on the banks of the windy Xuan Huong Lake and Lam Vien square, so it is convenient to go anywhere, from the city center to tourist areas, beautiful scenery…
Because Da Lat has the feature of “natural air conditioning” that covers all year round, when renovating, Toan prioritizes making lots of windows to get wind and natural light.
