Self-defense militia was stabbed to death while dividing traffic in Ho Chi Minh City

Police in Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City, along with the professional departments of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department and the Army on the evening of April 4, blocked the scene to investigate the above murder.

The victim was identified as NTH (21 years old, living in the locality), is a militia and self-defense force in Ward 14, Go Vap district.

Before that, at 4:30 pm on April 4, Mr. H. participated in traffic regulation during rush hour at the area in front of Pham Van Chieu Secondary School, Pham Van Chieu Street, bordering Ward 8 and Ward 14, Go Vap District. At this time, it was raining, and it was time to leave school, so there was a traffic jam in the above area.

According to some witnesses, while on duty to separate traffic, Mr. H. had a conflict and argued with a man who was the parent who came to pick up the child. The man took the weapon to attack and stabbed him repeatedly, causing Mr. H. to collapse on the spot.

After committing the crime, the perpetrator abandoned his motorbike at the scene and fled on foot. Mr. H. was taken to the hospital by people for emergency treatment but died.

Upon receiving the news, police and military forces were present at the scene to investigate. Initially, the perpetrator was identified and the authorities are actively pursuing.
