– Students at all levels are studying at national educational institutions.
– Students, students of universities, colleges, intermediate schools, vocational education centers.
Condition:
– Belonging to a poor, near-poor household, a household with an average living standard, a household where one parent… or both parents have died due to COVID-19.
– No devices, computers learn online and have not been supported by devices and computers in any form.
The loan amount is 10 million VND/student. Interest rate 1.2%/year. Loan period is 36 months at Bank for Social Policy. Total loan capital for this program is 3,000 billion VND.
