After that, Mr. T was knocked down by a stranger and had to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment, but due to his injuries, the victim died.
Grandma Nguyen Thi Tinh – wife of Mr. T. said, on the afternoon of October 5, Mr. T. said he was going to drink. When his wife asked, Mr. T. said to the People’s Procuracy of Phuc Tho district to congratulate his brother “on promotion”.
In the evening, the wife received a call from Ms. Loan (Mr. Ninh’s wife), who is currently working at the People’s Court of Phuc Tho district about Mr. T. being hospitalized in a critical condition.
Immediately after the incident, Mr. T.’s family sent an application to the Supreme People’s Procuracy, the Hanoi People’s Procuracy, the Hanoi Police and the local procedural agencies about Mr. T. being arrested. assault to death.
Upon receiving the news, the Phuc Tho district authorities launched an investigation into the incident.
