VN-Index failed before the historical peak

The domestic stock market is having a very good impulse towards the historic peak of 1,529 points. Reality VN-Index right at the opening, it broke this resistance but the selling pressure after that caused the index to drop and failed in the first challenge of surpassing the top on the first day of the week.

Today, the group stock shares The most prominent movement was when many stocks hit the ceiling price. Accordingly, AAS, AGR, ART, CTS, FTS, HBS, and VND increased all their range to the ceiling price. The remaining stocks were all in the green direction; in which, MBS increased by 7.1%, CSI increased by 6.2%, VIX increased by 6.1%, TCI increased by 5.8%. Pillar codes such as: SSI, SHS, HCM… also gained more than 4%.

Banking stocks also performed quite positively. Many stocks extended their gaining momentum compared to the morning session. Along with that, the group of oil and gas stocks only had POS to decrease in price, and PVE had no transactions. All remaining oil and gas codes were in the bullish direction.

Stocks in the FLC Group ecosystem still maintained their “performance” when closing at the ceiling price. Specifically, AMD, HAI, ROS, KLF, FLC, ROS, ART increased in amplitude. In the VN30 stock basket, the leading capitalization codes such as GAS, VHM, VIC, VNM were in the bullish direction, creating thrust for the general market.

While most of the industry groups were in the bullish direction, fertilizer stocks traded negatively. Specifically, BFC and DCm hit the floor. The tickers DCM fell 5%, LAS fell 2%.

Ending the trading session on April 4, VN-Index gained 8.26 points (0.54%) to reach 1,524.7 points (nearly 4 points from the historical peak). Green color covered when there were 254 advancers and 187 decliners.

On the exchanges in Hanoi, the HNX-Index increased 4.59 points (1.01%) to 458.69 points and the UPCoM-Index increased 0.41% to 117.67 points.
