In 62/63 provinces and cities, 7 provinces have stopped 1 district or city due to the rapid outbreak of the epidemic.
“Overall, localities have been very aggressive and active, clearly seeing that sending students to school is necessary. Of course, the epidemic situation of localities has different characteristics. With that direction, I I think the localities have done very well,” – Deputy Minister Hoang Minh Son assessed.
Up to now, 63/63 provinces and cities have studied directly at the primary level, including Hanoi’s plan to April 6. Hanoi alone does not allow preschool children to go to school; Based on the epidemic situation, the City leadership will decide.
