Step 2: Steamed with fat

– The next day, before making, remove the meat and let stand for about 1 hour to thaw. Check the meat by breaking it with your hands, if you can crack a frozen piece, it is well thawed. Now you cut this piece of meat into small pieces and then put it in the machine to make it flexible.
