The City Department of Transport said that through analysis and assessment, when it was discovered from October 2020 to now, the matter of the rubber bridge bearing of the viaduct under the CP2 bidding package has not been completely resolved, although the Inspection Council State inspection on the acceptance of construction works and the City People’s Committee has issued many documents of opinion and direction.

To ensure the resolution of the problem of the rubber bridge bearing of the viaduct in Package 2, the City Department of Transport suggested that Maur fully implement the opinions and directions of the City People’s Committee and the State Inspection Council on the work. acceptance test of construction works: Regularly report to and closely coordinate with the State Council for Acceptance of Construction works in the process of settling matters.

The Department also requested Maur to carry out the responsibilities of the Investor to direct the Consultants and Contractors to expeditiously resolve the matter in accordance with regulations, ensuring the quality and progress of the work; make a plan to deal with the incident to ensure compliance with regulations: Take measures to strictly handle individuals and units whose behavior affects the process of settling the matter.

Metro project No. 1 of Ho Chi Minh City has now completed about 90% of the project’s workload.
