Lifting temples

Yoshiko Mamada, Japanese is an expert in yoga for the face. She invented this technique using several breathing exercises.

Continuing in this position, begin to pull the neck and gently tilt the head to the right. At the same time, the shoulders should be relaxed. Pull the tongue in the direction of the head. At the same time, you exhale and make a “ha” sound. Next, inhale deeply through your nose. Hold this position, breathe 4-5 more times and then continue to pull your tongue.

– Finally, bring your tongue back into your mouth, relax your muscles and return to the starting position. Repeat the same actions on the right temple.
