Explaining about the funding to build this 3-storey house, Mr. Ly said: “After buying land next to the Commune People’s Committee, my wife and I sold 5m of provincial road surface land 547 (land given to me by my parents – PV). 1.75 billion VND. At that time, construction materials were still cheap, so I booked all of them for 460 million VND in advance. The house was built in early February 2021 and completed in October 2021.

Initially, the design was 1.8 billion dong excluding the interior, then some items were cut, so it could save 150 million dong. However, in the end, including electricity and water, it cost 1.8 billion VND. After building the house, I have to buy furniture for the coffee business, another 200 million.”
