The area of ​​​​more than 9,000m2 is the headquarters and production plant of Post and Telecommunications Equipment Joint Stock Company (POSTEF), which is an old factory built during the French colonial period. This building is planned with 4 rows of 2-storey houses with red tile roofs running along 4 facades, surrounding the factory building with a very unique reinforced concrete truss roof structure in the middle.

Notably, on the wall of the row of houses on the side of the Nguyen Thai Hoc – Le Truc intersection, there is a bas-relief embossed with the image of militia and self-defense forces defending Hanoi during the resistance war against the US.

In 2017, the Hanoi People’s Committee approved the investment policy of the Postef multi-functional project in this land. Accordingly, the project has a research area of ​​more than 9,078m2, the project area is 7,532m2: including 11 floors and 6 basements about more than 43,023 m2; height is about 42.9 m. Total investment capital is more than 1,574 billion VND.

In early March, at POSTEF’s 2022 Annual General Meeting report, it was mentioned about the multi-functional project 61 Tran Phu, Ba Dinh.

Accordingly, on February 1, 2019, the Company was granted a certificate of land use right by the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

On May 4, 2020, the Hanoi People’s Committee issued a decision to adjust the policy of the Postef Multifunctional Project.

On December 8, 2020, the Hanoi Department of Construction issued a construction permit No. 83/GPXD with a term of 12 months.

The company has completed the project start-up procedures to prepare to start the project this year.
