People crowded to make land documents in Hoa Vang district

According to Mr. Ly, the number of people coming to do the procedures is more crowded than before. However, the crowded situation usually only occurs on Monday morning, the rest of the week will be less. People came to line up early but not to the point of having to wait from dawn.

And Mr. Vo Huy Thac, Director of the Land Registration Office of Hoa Vang district, said that the crowded situation like yesterday (April 4) is considered a mutation.

“Although trading tends to increase, yesterday (April 4) was a breakthrough. On average, the office received and handled 122 land procedures a day, but yesterday increased to 201 procedures and records. In which, there are 94 dossiers of transfer name,” said Mr. Thac.

Branch office has 30 people but must arrange 6 people to receive documents and return results.

“At 7 am, when we realized that the situation was too crowded, we coordinated with the district People’s Committee to regulate, and by 9 am, it was stable. Yesterday, we received all the documents and processed them for people. By this morning, the situation has stabilized again,” said Mr. Thac.

According to Mr. Thac, the sudden increase according to Mr. Thac is due to 2 factors, the transfer market and the notary offices.

“For example, on Friday afternoon, the notary offices just signed the documents, then on Monday morning everyone took the documents to the registration room, which led to a breakdown,” Mr. Thac explained.

According to Mr. Thac, the real estate market in Hoa Vang is vibrant, causing people to come to do procedures and transfer documents to increase, but it cannot be confirmed that there is a land fever situation.

“Currently, supply and demand in other districts have returned to normal. The transaction peaked, the demand for transfer was not much, mainly the real demand, buying a house to live in. Meanwhile, currently there is only land in Hoa Vang that has not been divided into project lots, so it can attract investors and make transactions more exciting than other districts at this time,” said Mr. Thac.
