The launch time of Honda HR-V 2022 in Vietnam market is expected to be around June here.

According to research, the Honda HR-V 2022 is being pre-ordered by dealers with a deposit of 10-20 million VND with the promise that the car will be launched in June and handed over to customers from July 2022. Because there is no official selling price, some dealers offer a temporary price of 871 million VND for the RS version.

Honda HR-V sold in Vietnam is imported from Thailand, but the equipped engine is likely to be similar to the Indonesian market: 1.5L naturally aspirated and 1.5L turbocharged.

The 1.5L naturally aspirated engine produces 119 hp and 145 Nm of torque. The 1.5L turbocharged engine produces 175 hp and 240 Nm of torque. CVT automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. The car also has 3 driving modes: Sport, Normal and ECON.

The design of the Honda HR-V 2022 for the Southeast Asian market is similar to the Japanese market. The car has a length of 4,330mm with the regular version and 4,385mm with the RS version, 1,790mm in width, 1,590mm in height and 2,610mm wheelbase. Compared to the old model, the HR-V 2022 is shorter (standard version), wider, lower, while the wheelbase remains the same.

In Thailand, Honda HR-V has 3 versions: E, EL and RS. Notable equipment in both interior and exterior includes: headlights, daytime running lights, and taillights using LED technology.
