Having won the title of runner-up, Phuong still participated in Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 because she felt that 5 years ago, she competed with passion and did not prepare thoroughly. After life experiences, she realizes that it is now possible to spread many positive things. At first, her mother was surprised and asked, “What are you doing for the exam?” So Khanh Phuong was a bit disappointed, but after her efforts, her mother trusted her daughter more.

After Miss Supranational 2017, Khanh Phuong encountered a few incidents. At that time, she felt weak, unable to support herself, and stepped back to heal herself. She participates in social activities, goes to self-development classes, especially retreats to change herself.

After 5 years away showbizKhanh Phuong shared that there are many things that cannot be described in words, just hoping the audience can see and feel a new person. “Although this year’s competition has many strong contestants, I believe that each of you is a different color and makes the competition more brilliant. I am also very confident in my own color because I think it’s important. The most important thing is internal strength and confidence from within”, Khanh Phuong confided.

Talking about the love of sports, Khanh Phuong shared that she was inspired by her family. Her whole family is passionate about sports: her father plays tennis and rides bicycles, her mother does aerobics, and her brother loves football. Before, she never thought she would love yoga because she is quite active, only likes what is vibrant and fast. “After attending a yoga class once, suddenly inside I had a touch point that made me love yoga ever since. Yoga helps my body to be lighter, more flexible and supple, especially helps me listen to my body a little bit. more deeply”, Khanh Phuong confided.

Possessing long-term training experience and beautiful body, Khanh Phuong once wanted to become a personal trainer. She wants to experience the feeling of teaching because when participating in social activities, she has tried to lead and everyone is excited and actively participating.

In a post, Khanh Phuong shared that her 3rd round measurement was 102 cm, making many people suspect that she had cosmetic surgery. The runner-up shared that she got her measurements thanks to a serious diet combined with a reasonable gym. Although she has a desirable 3rd size, she also has trouble because her clothes are often tight on her buttocks and wide waist, so she often chooses A-line skirts, free size clothes.

Once admitting to “upgrading” her first bust, now practicing to have a naturally developed third round, Khanh Phuong frankly: “There are no ugly women, only women who don’t know how to beautify, but beauty here is beautify yourself inside. When you are full inside, so are you on the outside. As someone who has undergone plastic surgery, I now realize that inner beauty is very important. However, if If someone sees himself as having some points that really need to be corrected, I fully support and respect it.”

Khanh Phuong confided that she started volunteering when she had difficulty at work, depression and even despair because she couldn’t find a way out. Volunteering, she found herself, happy and found herself useful.
