According to initial information, around 16:30 on the same day, Mr. H and a number of street guards were on duty to regulate traffic and avoid congestion in front of the gate of Pham Van Chieu Junior High School. At this time, there was a conflict between Mr. H and a parent who came to pick up his child. Mr. H was stabbed several times by his parents using a weapon. Mr. H was taken to the emergency room but did not survive. After committing the crime, the person who stabbed Mr. H left his motorbike and fled the scene.
