In addition, it is proposed to compensate for the loss of salary level 6 from September 2021 to the time Ms. Hoa was terminated (December 2021), estimated at more than 7 million VND; Compensation for damage of salary level 6 from January 1, 2022 (the time Ms. Hoa was forced to quit) to December 2022 or until the date of settlement by the District 7 People’s Court, is estimated at more than 96 million VND.

Ms. Hoa also asked the Court to fine Hoang Quoc Viet Secondary School because, according to her, the school had violated the regulations on salary: “not paying or not paying enough for employees…” with a fine of 5,000,000 – 10,000 .000 VND.

According to the notice of the People’s Court of District 7, the case was accepted according to normal procedures. Attached to the petition, Ms. Hoa has now submitted relevant documents. The court requires the involved parties to submit their written opinions on the petitioner’s claim and accompanying documents and evidences.

Previously, a representative of Hoang Quoc Viet Secondary School confirmed that it would uphold the decision on the disciplinary dismissal of Ms. Vo Thi Nhu Hoa according to the decision at the end of December 2021.

At the beginning of the year, District 7 People’s Committee said that Hoang Quoc Viet Secondary School, Department of Education and Training and related departments from May 2021 have carried out a responsibility review for a number of relevant individuals, consider and take disciplinary action against school officials who do not comply with regulations according to the conclusion of Ms. Hoa’s denunciation; Review, correct and correct some contents that the school has not implemented in accordance with regulations. However, the implementation of the denunciation conclusions is independent of the consideration of disciplinary action for the violations of Ms. Vo Thi Nhu Hoa.
