According to the verification investigation, from July 2021 to March 2022, Mr. Do Anh Dung and individuals at Tan Hoang Minh Group committed frauds, using 3 member companies including: Viet Star Real Estate Investment Company Limited, Soleil Hotel Service and Investment JSC, Winter Palace Joint Stock Company and related companies, issued 9 bonds of illegal bonds, totaling 10,300 billion dong, to raise money from investors but did not use it for business activities according to bond issuance documents.
In addition to Chairman Do Anh Dung, among the six accomplices, there is also Do Hoang Viet – the second son of Mr. Dung (SN 1994) – Deputy General Director of Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Trading Service Company Limited.
