“Finally, by accepting to buy at the price of 2.4 billion VND/m2 of Thu Thiem land, I want to contribute to put an end to the situation of buying and selling public land at unusually cheap prices. I gave up the money. worth the value of the land to buy for transparency.

I have my own plan so that the money spent on investment must be effective.”

Speaking further, he affirmed in Dan Sinh newspaper: “I want all foreign capital coming here to buy Vietnamese land at the same price as Tokyo or New York, only then will our people get rich quickly and the country will become rich. We must build and develop our beautiful and economically prosperous country, so that no enemies can peek into our territory.”

Since then, Mr. Dung said, the enterprise would like to voluntarily terminate the contract of sale and auction of land plots 3-12 in Thu Thiem new urban area (this has been stated in the auction regulations and the contract). The contract has been signed by three parties between the enterprise and the Land Fund Development Center and the Ho Chi Minh City Auction Center) and accepts all sanctions for unilaterally terminating this contract according to regulations.
