Mr. Jonathan Hanh Nguyen contributed capital to establish a logistics company
IPPG Chairman said that he had just received the business registration certificate of Bellazio Logistic Joint Stock Company on April 5.
Bellazio Logistic Joint Stock Company (BL) mainly operates in the field of express delivery, domestic and international freight transportation by air and sea, investment in warehousing.
The company’s charter capital is 100 billion VND with the capital contribution of 6 major shareholder groups. In which, IPPG shares 51% of charter capital, Sasco 10%, Viettel Post 10%, Vietnam Post 10%, Bellazio Trading Online 10% and IPP Air Cargo 9%.
With the percentage of capital contribution in which Mr. Jonathan Hanh Nguyen’s companies account for the majority, this businessman is expected to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. The director (legal representative) of BL is Mr. Diep Bao Hoa. Mr. Hoa has many years of experience in the logistics field.
This will be the premise and platform for IPP Air Cargo to participate in the aviation market more conveniently, said Mr. Jonathan Hanh Nguyen.

At the seminar “Finding solutions to reduce import and export costs for businesses”, Mr. Jonathan Hanh Nguyen said that the inadequacy in air freight transport is that there are still 22 international and domestic airports in Vietnam. Vietnam has a serious shortage of warehouses. Therefore, he proposed the Government and the Ministry of Transport to re-plan warehouses to put them into operation.
“BL is ready to invest and synchronize to easily connect with customs at major domestic and international terminals. We look forward to smooth and consistent freight operations with upcoming trends,” he said. Jonathan Hanh Nguyen said.
In addition to establishing a logistics company, Mr. Jonathan Hanh Nguyen said he was waiting for a flight license from the Ministry of Transport. If approved early, after 3 months of having an IPP Air Cargo license, the first cargo will be shipped.
According to the plan, IPP Air Cargo wants to operate 5 cargo aircraft in the first year, then increase to 10 in the 5th year. The airline plans to operate B737, B777 or equivalent aircraft.
