“Aleph Farms is developing a technology platform to produce beef steaks from a small amount of available resources. Understanding how this process works in low-gravity conditions will help perfect a process for producing farmed meat, for long-term space missions, and build an efficient production process to minimize the impact on the environment,” an Aleph spokesperson said.
