The quintessence of Japanese cuisine at Masters 2022

Starters include a mix of sushi, sashimi and nigiri (vinegared rice balls topped with wasabi and raw fish or seafood), and Yakitori-style grilled chicken skewers. In the main dish, the highlight is Wagyu A5 beef with mild sour sauce mixed with grated white radish with mushrooms and vegetables, next to cod with Miso sauce and Dashi broth.

For dessert, Matsuyama offers cake with strawberries and whipped cream.

Masters 2022 – the 86th period in history – starts from Monday, April 4, in which starts on Thursday, April 6, goes through four rounds and is expected to end on Sunday, April 10.
