A driver in China was fined by the police and deducted points from his driver’s license after entering the “smart” lane in the middle of a crowded street.
The video recorded by the dashcam of the car behind shows that a red car parked on the side of the lane moves slowly when the convoy in front is parked along the aisle for the red light.

Realizing that the next lane was empty, the driver of the red car suddenly opened the door on the steering wheel and then turned to the left, encroaching on the lane of the car going in the right direction.
