The annual evaluation of Professors and Associate Professors is carried out in accordance with current regulations for lecturers.

The lecturer is an official of the educational institution Public Universities After being appointed to the title of Professor, Associate Professors may consider and appoint professional titles of teaching staff and implement regimes and policies towards public employees in accordance with law.

After 5 years from the date of issuing the decision on recognition of qualified, if the candidate is not appointed to the title of Professor or Associate Professor at the higher education institution, this Decision shall be invalidated.
