The police of Pho Chau town said that although the family did not notify, after hearing the information, the functional forces went to the scene to check. It is known through his family that Mr. Luong Van M. has severe cirrhosis of the liver and often drinks alcohol instead of rice.

“Mr. M. has a serious underlying illness, has come here many times to see a doctor. I felt tired these days, so yesterday I went to An Nhan General Clinic for an infusion, when the problem happened,” said Pho Chau town police.

According to the police of Pho Chau town, the victim’s family said that because Luong Van M himself was seriously ill, there was not much time left, so he did not ask to determine the cause but asked for burial.

Mr. Phan Quoc Anh, Head of Health Department of Huong Son district confirmed the information and said: “This clinic has been operating for many years, formerly a general practice, but recently due to insufficient human resources, it converted to a specialty. with the name “Doctor Ai Clinic”.

“Recently, the Department of Health established a team to inspect. As a result, all establishments in the area have operating licenses, practice certificates and strictly comply with the provisions of the law,” added Anh.

According to Anh, the risk happened was unexpected, the authorities worked, concluded that due to a serious illness, the family also accepted it.
