On the afternoon of April 9, the police of Kim Bang district (Ha Nam province) said they were investigating a case of intentional injury that occurred in Liem Son commune, Kim Bang district.
Previously, on April 7, Mr. Nguyen Van Vo (42 years old, a local) brought a weapon to the headquarters of the People’s Committee of Liem Son commune to riot.

After that, the Kim Bang District Police Department coordinated with the People’s Procuracy of the same level to summon the subject to the headquarters to work, but he did not comply, entrenched in the house, protested with a weapon.
Colonel Do Hoai Nam, Deputy Director of Ha Nam Provincial Police, directly went to the scene and directed the Criminal Police Department and the Mobile Police Department to coordinate with the Kim Bang District Police to persuade and control the subject.
