2. Only receive 50% of salary during the epidemic period instead of receiving 70% as per the contract.

It is also important to emphasize that the relationship between the club and the player is a relationship bound by a labor contract, which contains very clear regulations on the responsibilities and obligations that each party must perform. In it, there is a clause that the club has to pay a kickback fee.

However, the terms specified in the contract are showing signs of being violated when the club is not doing exactly what it has committed to in a black and white paper signed by the parties.

Sympathize with the club, but we as employees, who dedicate our energy – intelligence to the club, the players want to receive the bribes as agreed. All the time, we brothers have been waiting, but the more we wait, the more disappointed we feel because this wait has not received a response from the club – where we always send our respect and trust. believe.

As for the players, we always strictly abide by all the rules of the club, never violate anything that damages the image and reputation of the club. Because we understand that the image of the club also reflects our own image. So we do our best to preserve it. All terms in the contract, we always perform properly. But in return, it seems that we do not receive the respect, are not treated professionally as the criteria that the club is pursuing. Our players also have families to take care of, and responsibilities to shoulder… But your patience for more than a year in return is the repudiation of those responsible.

It is extremely difficult to explain that when we asked for what we should have received (the kickoff fee), the club issued a document that shocked us. Shock because our legitimate interests are not resolved and with it the behavior of the team.
