According to the leader of Hoai Duc District Education and Training Department, the whole district has 40 preschool educational institutions. Of which, there are 30 public schools and 10 non-public schools; Currently there are 79 groups of children.

Schools have also completed the parent survey. As a result, a total of 92.3% of parents agreed to send their children back to school directly. This rate in Hoan Kiem district is 84.2%. However, these are only preliminary survey data. By April 13, the rate of children going to school directly is forecasted to be higher than the number of parents registered previously. This is reasonable because it happened with primary school as well as grade 6 when the children returned to school on April 6.
