With this behavior, the driver was fined 20.5 million VND, stripped of his driving license (GPLX) for 3 months. The vehicle owner was fined 88 million VND, stripped of the inspection certificate for 2 months and stripped of the vehicle badge for 3 months.

After consolidating the record of the offending vehicle, the Safety Inspection Team sent an invitation to the vehicle owner asking to come work. By April 20, in case the driver or vehicle owner does not come to work, the violation image data will be sent to the Registry and the Department of Transport where the badge is issued.

From the data, the Registry Department will warn on the system not to check and the Department of Transport will revoke the badges if they do not comply until the fines are paid.
