Coach Park Hang-seo: “I don’t let personal emotions interfere with the selection of personnel”
Before the training session, Coach Park Hang-seo took the time to give a quick interview to the press, in which the personnel selection decisions of U23 Vietnam for the 31st SEA Games received the most special attention. In this regard, the Korean teacher affirms that he and his associates in the BHL always work fairly, not letting personal emotions interfere with the personnel selection decision:
“I think everyone has their own perspective and point of view. I’m a professional, so my opinion is different from the press. In the near future, the Vietnam U23 team will have a new coach. He may also have a different opinion. “Sometimes it’s not just showing on the field, but also knowing about tactics. It’s important that we separate ourselves, hope people don’t waver and doubt because we have different views.”
Due to coincide with the 2022 National Cup schedule, the first training session of U23 Vietnam only had 1/3 of the number of troops.
In the focused list of U23 Vietnam this time, there are not some familiar faces such as Hai Long, Van Toi, Huu Thang… That has created mixed opinions in the past few days. Regarding the 3 players over 23 years old for the squad to attend the 31st SEA Games of U23 Vietnam, Coach Park Hang-seo said he had a choice and would announce it today. According to the plan, these three players will train with the team on April 14.
