Many Japanese companies do not completely withdraw from Russia

That is the result of a survey published today by Japanese data analytics company Teikoku Databank.

A survey of 168 major Japanese companies operating in Russia showed that none of the surveyed companies plan to completely withdraw from the Russian market.

However, more than 20% of companies have or are planning to suspend operations in Russia, amid the worsening business environment due to supply chain and logistics disruptions. Of these, 22 companies have chosen to suspend activities such as transportation and 7 companies to stop production.
