Material:

– 10 – 12 big shrimp

– 4 tablespoons chicken broth

– 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon cooking wine

– 1 tablespoon sesame oil

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 3 tablespoons minced garlic

– 1 – 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Making:

– Put chicken broth, soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, salt, ginger, garlic and 1 tablespoon green onion in a bowl, mix well and set aside.

– Use scissors to cut off the shrimp legs. Use a sharp knife to make a cut in the back of the shrimp, making a deep cut to leave the shell intact. Place them on a steaming tray, with the notch facing up.

– Add garlic sauce to shrimp. Steam shrimp for about 3-5 minutes (depending on size).

– Remove shrimp to a plate when shrimp is cooked, sprinkle chopped scallions on top of shrimp and eat while shrimp is still hot.
