The reservation amount is 50% of the rental value of 2 rooms. Around 9pm on the same day, his family went to check in and was greeted by 2 staff (1 male, 1 female). After checking, the female staff reported that the room number he booked was already occupied by someone else.

The hotel staff offered to arrange another room for him, but seeing that the quality of the toilet was not guaranteed, Mr. disagree. At this time, the male employee showed an attitude of asking Mr. in the new room but he did not agree, the two sides then exchanged words.

At this time, the male employee ran to the kitchen and took a knife to chase and cut Mr. Seeing that, Mr. Th. ran to the car, locked the door and escaped.
