Vietnam women’s futsal team increases the volume of practice and friendly competition

In the fourth week of the training process of the Vietnamese women’s futsal team towards the 31st SEA Games, the coaching staff increased the volume of heavy exercises and friendly matches for the students. Two days after the practice match with Le Thi Hong Gam High School (HCMC), the Futsal women’s team had the second friendly match, the green army was the men’s club of the Sang Trong movement.

In the first minutes, the Vietnamese women’s futsal team chose to play counter-attack and in the 11th minute, the Vietnamese women’s futsal net was drilled. After the goal, head coach Truong Quoc Tuan made an adjustment and this brought the result in the 16th minute. In the second half, the tug-of-war was created by both sides. Consecutive opportunities, but only Luxury Club made good use of it to have a goal to increase the score to 2-1 in the 31st minute, which was also the last goal of the match.

Speaking after the match, coach Truong Quoc Tuan shared: “This is a week where the intensity of training is high, so the players are heavy on the body, not flexible in the competition. We lost because of the physical foundation. The strength is not equal to the opponent, but the positive thing is that you guys have operated well tactically, and at the same time, the position created when playing with the men’s team makes the coaching staff happy.”

Vietnam women’s futsal team will continue to have two friendly matches in the next week against Warrios movement club (15h00, April 14) and Thai Son Nam coaching staff (14:00, April 16) at Thai Son Nam gymnasium. These are also the last two friendly matches of coach Truong Quoc Tuan and his team before a training trip abroad to prepare for the 31st SEA Games.
