At the investigating agency, Luan opened many social media accounts, then joined the group “SGDD-SGBB Bac Ninh” on Facebook and “Where love sublimes” on Telegram. Each of these groups has about 200 prostitutes (sugar baby) aged between 16 and 29. Luan will select girls to connect with customers wishing to buy sex (daddy).

During the connection process, Luan will send information about sex workers such as pictures, height, weight, occupation, measurements… for sex buyers to choose. Luan will also be the one to negotiate the price, about 12-20 million VND/month, not including 2 million VND brokerage fee.
Before that, during a surprise inspection of 3 hotels in Vo Cuong ward, Dai Phuc ward (Bac Ninh city), Bac Ninh province police discovered 3 men and women were engaged in the act of buying and selling sex. From the testimony of the people involved, the police investigated the leader of the brokerage line, Nguyen Van Luan, and arrested him.
Currently, the case is being investigated and expanded by the Bac Ninh Provincial Police.
