On the evening of April 10, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department said that at about 9 am on the same day at the beach in Phuoc Tinh commune, Long Dien district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, while with his family. swimming in the sea, lieutenant Thai Ngo Hieu, officer of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Dong Nai Provincial Police, heard people calling for help, so they quickly went to the area where people were in distress.

At this time, lieutenant Hieu jumped into the fierce waves to bring 3 victims to the shore. At this time, all 3 victims were in an unconscious state, hands and feet purple. When bringing the victim ashore, lieutenant Hieu used his skills and training in first aid, CPR, chest compressions and saved the lives of the victims.

When 3 people were saved, and 1 more victim was still not found, Lieutenant Hieu and functional forces of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province continued to organize the search. However, when found, the fourth victim did not survive.

According to the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Lieutenant Hieu had participated in many large and small rescues, saving many lives and was commended by the Fire Department for his rescue work. .

At this time, the tide was high, the waves were strong, 4 people were swept into the sea by the waves, the rest shouted for help and jumped to save them.

After receiving the news, people and rescue forces brought 3 people to Ba Ria Hospital for emergency treatment, and 1 died, the body of a woman was discovered a few hundred meters away from the accident location.
