Decree 100/2019/ND-CP has specific regulations on fines applied to traffic drivers who commit violations of not turning on the turn signals.

A fine ranging from VND 3,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 and driving license will be revoked for 1-3 months in case of changing lanes on an expressway without giving a signal first.
A fine ranging from VND 3,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed in case the driver of a car fails to give a warning signal before overtaking.
