Konami is taking eFootball seriously before the big update

Konami insists it is taking player reactions to eFootball ‘very seriously’ ahead of the big update.

According to VCG, Konami has confirmed that they are looking into the feedback from the players eFootball in a ‘very serious’ way, ahead of a major update aimed at addressing many of the criticisms being directed at the game.

Version 1.0.0 will release on April 14 and is considered the first major release of the PES successor game, with New featurebalance updates and bug fixes.

The first version of eFootball was released in September 2021 and received a lot of criticism for its poor gameplay and ‘funny bad’ graphics. eFootball has been named the worst rated game of 2021 by Metacritic.

In a statement sent to VGC, Konami said the criticism was caused by a number of factors, including the move to new development tools and platforms.
