Because she is not comfortable being insulted, Thao has a loud voice. When it was noisy, Thao’s husband, Mr. Le Ngoc Sang, asked guests to leave the hotel if not staying. After exchanging words, Mr. Sang then went to the kitchen to get a knife to the reception area to scare guests.

Before that, Mr. Trung Anh, from Hanoi, urgently shared the fact that his group of friends was threatened with a knife by a hotel staff in Moc Chau after there were conflicts in the hotel check-in. Two of his friends, too scared to report to the town police, wrote a report of the incident.

Moc Chau District People’s Committee also reported on the incident, confirming that the troublemaker was the husband of the receptionist, not the hotel staff. Representatives of the People’s Committee also worked with both sides, directing the district police to continue handling according to regulations with Mr. Le Ngoc Sang’s behavior.
