Referring to corporate culture, is referring to an intangible factor that always exists and plays a decisive role in the success or failure of an enterprise. It can be said that if each organization is a person, then culture is the soul – completely governing its vitality and development.

In the current technology context, digital transformation and corporate culture need to be two factors that go hand in hand on the development path of businesses. The problem is how to remove barriers in corporate culture to adapt to the current strong digital transformation process? On the contrary, how to turn challenges in digital transformation into opportunities and strong motivations to contribute to building and developing corporate culture?

In order to answer the concerns of business leaders about how to build a sustainable corporate culture in the context of the trend of digital transformation as well as to enhance knowledge and skills in business management and administration, On October 8, 2021, MISA Joint Stock Company cooperated with the Corporate Culture Development Association and OD Click Management Consulting Co., Ltd to organize the event “Building and developing a strong corporate culture in new context”. The seminar attracted nearly 600 business owners, CEOs, human resource directors of medium and large enterprises across the country to attend.

The seminar was attended by speakers with many years of experience in business development such as Dr. Le Doan Hop – Former Minister of Culture and Information, Former Minister of Information and Communications, Advisor of the Association for Corporate Culture Development; Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Hien – Vice Chairman of Vietnam Association for Corporate Culture Development, Chairman/General Director of DKNEC Corporation; Th.S. Dinh Thi Thuy – General Director of MISA Joint Stock Company and Dr. Do Tien Long – Consultant and trainer on Organizational Development; Chairman of the Expert Council of OD Click Company.
