The seventh leg from Hanoi to Thanh Hoa is 154 km long. Three racers Cao Trung Hieu (Military Zone 7), Dang Thanh Duoc (Dong Nai), and Ha Kieu Tan Dai (Binh Duong) finished first, second, and third respectively at the prize along Sprint 2, 104 km from the start.
The An Giang riders then caught up with the top, then pushed the speed up very high to pull the three withdrawals Quang Van Cuong, Roman Maikin, and Nguyen Tan Hoai to a favorable point of withdrawal. Dong Thap also tries to support the team’s best sprinter, Tran Tuan Kiet. And with powerful pedal presses, Tuan Kiet finished first after 3 hours 20 minutes 57 seconds, with an average speed of 45,982 km/h. Later, he was respectively Le Nguyet Minh (Ho Chi Minh City New Group) and Quang Van Cuong.
This result helps Quang Van Cuong continue to wear Yellow and Blue shirts after seven stages. The White shirt still belongs to Nguyen Van Binh, while the first place in the team is still in the hands of Ho Chi Minh City Vinama.

“Today’s race is the longest since the beginning of the tournament, but the nice weather helps me and my teammates less tired. The teams are very competitive, the tournament has only taken place a few stages, so nothing can be said in advance. The yellow shirt and the green shirt are the motivation for me to try harder in the next stages,” Quang Van Cuong said after finishing.
