Vivo X Fold uses UTG (ultra-thin glass) glass, which has been certified for durability in Rheinland’s testing with the ability to fold continuously up to 300,000 times. In other words, even if the user folds the phone 80 times a day, the folding mechanism will still work fine for 10 years.

Inside, Vivo X Fold brings hardware power from Qualcomm’s high-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, combined with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 internal memory. The device comes with a 4600mAh battery, supports 66W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging, is installed with Android 12 operating system with OriginOS interface when sold.

In terms of imaging capabilities, Vivo X Fold is equipped with 4 rear cameras with Zeiss lenses and T* coating. The main camera is a 50MP Samsung GN5 sensor with f/1.75 aperture and OIS support. The remaining three sensors include a 48MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera, a 12MP depth camera (47mm focal length) and finally a 5MP telephoto camera (supports 5x optical zoom, 60x digital zoom).
