I dedicate a lot to Work but rarely recognized. After working for 3 years, I realized that there are so many tricks and tricks in the workplace. The bosses and colleagues around, no matter how friendly and pleasant they look, sometimes hide behind many calculations and competitions. Just having ability and hard work is not enough.
My expertise involves planning product development and marketing communications. I spent a lot of effort to study, hone my skills as well as experience in real life. Now I just hope to find an environment that can give me a good income, a moderately stressful job and especially being recognized by everyone.

When I worked at old companies, I was treated very badly. At that time, because I just graduated from school, I volunteered for anything, but I was never praised. Now, with 3 years of experience in the bag, I find myself in need of a change. That’s why “thick tangerine peel has sharp nails”.
My current company is a publishing company (I wish to remain anonymous). I just started working here in mid-March, up to now, it’s been 1 month. During that time, because I was proficient in the job, I didn’t need to ask for much guidance, just based on the boss’s request.
In my room, there are 3 fellow employees and a manager. Every week, the boss will meet with the 3 of us and assign tasks according to the week, or also according to our own projects. In general, the boss is a good looking man, he is also good at his profession. Usually, the boss will work with the superiors only, and for us, he only makes comments, but does not participate too deeply.
The other two colleagues, one of whom is 3 years older than me, has worked at this company for 5 years. I’ll call it Ms. A. The other person is my age, 6 months before me, named B. B is quite gentle, quiet and almost only works, but doesn’t ask about people around. On the contrary, Ms. A always pretends to be the oldest person, even often wrong for me and B. Actually, I’m not too surprised, because she has a high seniority, so it’s easy to be a little “cool” understand.
But at the climax in the past month, there was one thing Sister A did that made me extremely angry. I have a big company project and need my office staff to plan a presentation to the boss. Regarding the content, the 3 of us had a meeting with the leader to make an outline, from which to develop. The general boss requires 3 plans to be easy to choose, so the workload is 3 times higher. Fortunately, the meeting went smoothly, the content was also boxed, now it’s time to start sketching it in more detail.
But all of a sudden, B got Covid-19 so she asked to stay at home, she also turned off her active status, saying she was tired to avoid work. As for Ms. A, this person did not help me at all, but even made me make 3 slide presentations. The deadline of the work is too urgent, I only have one day to do it. I asked Ms. A for help, but she used the excuse that she was busy with the work assigned by the leader. I had to grit my teeth to endure, patiently overcome.

Since there is only one day, I have a clear time allocation. In the morning and early afternoon I made the first version, the second half of the afternoon and evening I did the 2nd version. As for the last version, I had to stay up very late at night to do it. I didn’t go to bed until 3:30 in the morning. I was so tired that I felt dizzy and lightheaded.
The next day, I dragged myself to the company because my body was tired, but I still tried because that day there was a project presentation with the board of directors. However, Ms. A “turned her face”, telling me not to participate. The leader also followed suit, saying that A’s presentation alone was enough. He didn’t know that I did all the slides by myself. But now that Sister A goes there, what’s the difference? I showed my displeasure. This made me lose faith in what I was pursuing. I feel disrespected at this company…
