The mother took her 7-year-old daughter to the clinic and hospital many times because she showed signs of autism, self-inflicted wounds and kidney disease.

On April 11, related to the unusual death of an NNTA girl (SN 2015, temporarily residing in Tien hamlet, Tan Thong Hoi commune, Cu Chi district), Cu Chi district police coordinated with professional units. The police of Ho Chi Minh City examined and took testimonies of the people involved to clarify.

Accordingly, the baby’s mother, Mrs. NTAN (43 years old, from Bac Lieu) said that around 2014 she knew and lived as husband and wife with a man in Can Duoc district, Long An province.

The two have a child together, A and a six-year-old son. By 2017, the two broke up.

Mrs. N took her two children to live with her two sisters in a house in Tien hamlet (Tan Thong Hoi commune, Cu Chi district).

The mother said that baby A showed signs of autism, was often irritable, caused self-injury such as scratching her body, banging her head against the wall, etc. Surrounded by family members due to work and life, she could not afford to injure herself. Daily supervision to dissuade the baby.

The baby also shows signs of illness. On April 1, Mrs. N saw that her daughter had scratches on her body, swollen hands and feet, and a wound on her forehead, so she asked, and she said she had hurt herself.
