After the two antiques were present in Hue, Mr. Phan Thanh Hai, Director of the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports, and researchers evaluated their historical value. Initially, the Nguyen Dynasty mandarin hat was the first-class official hat for officials such as: Can Chanh Temple of the University, Van Minh of the Grand Scholar, Vo Hien of the Grand Master, and Dong Cac Dau. The two artifacts were then handed over to the Hue Monuments Conservation Center for temporary storage.
