Appointed patient emergency surgery, duration of about 90 minutes, recorded segment VI, VII liver fragmentation grade IV, bleeding about 1,500 ml. The surgical team drained the blood, sutured the liver to stop the bleeding, and placed a follow-up drain.
During the emergency and surgery, the patient was transfused 3 units of blood.
